1. What materials do you use for your baby products?

We use 100% organic cotton for all our baby essentials. It’s soft, breathable, and gentle on delicate skin—perfect for cuddles, naps, and adventures.


2. Are your products safe for newborns?

Yes! All of our items are designed with newborns in mind. They are free from harmful chemicals and made to be as gentle as possible for even the tiniest babies.


3. How do I wash Peach and Pebble items?

For best results, we recommend:

  • Machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle

  • Using mild, baby-friendly detergent

  • Tumble drying on low or laying flat to dry

Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals to preserve softness and color.


4. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the UAE, and we’re working on expanding internationally soon! Shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout.


5. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery times vary depending on shipping preferences:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

For personalized orders, please allow 1-2 weeks to process and deliver your order 


6. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled.


7. Do you accept returns?

Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for more details.


8. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

Oh no! We’re so sorry. Please email us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of it right away.


9. Do you offer gift wrapping?

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping, but all of our items are beautifully packaged and perfect for gifting.
